I decided to start taking 2,000 IU of Vitamin D even though I haven't seen the Rheumatologist yet. I took my first dose last night after dinner and woke up around 3 AM feeling great! (Of course, I didn't really want to be awake at 3 AM.) I finally got back to sleep and then slept through my alarm clock.
My question is, does anyone know if Vitamin D affects sleep patterns at all? Does it start working that quickly? Should I take it in the mornings?
