I found a website advertising on Facebook called Mediguard, it offers a free medication check of your current regimen. The medication check is aligned with FDA information. Check it out; mediguard.org or http://www7.mediguard.org/user/register.
Most of all the website is free.
There is another drug interactions checker as well as a deep summary-level archive of drug side effects information at drugs.com. A second useful resource is http://www.rxlist.com, which includes both primary medication effectiveness measures and side effects in controlled randomized drug trials. Particularly helpful for non-US patients, the Rxlist.com site will bring up entries for named medications used in the UK and Europe, under different names than we see them in the US.
