Car accident

I tried to tell the story but decided it is much better said coming from the one we have missed:

I just feel silly. Only a fender bender, no one hurt but me and the dr says if I hadn't panicked and stiffened up, I might have gotten off with bruises and a sprain....but w/ my history of auto accidents, I am a real coward about them.

You can mention me to anyone who asks, I don't mind honestly, but warn them I am very awkward with replying right now. And please don't make a big deal of it, I feel so embarasssed. Thank you very much for your caring, it means a lot, and I'm sorry I haven't been in touch sooner  I don't think there is anything I need right now, my family is really good about calling and letting me know when they are going to the store, etc.
